This is Mary making French Silk Pie. The expression on her face is very much "stop taking pictures of me!" Mary has recently discovered a love for the culinary arts. Tonight for dinner, we had lime-pepper chicken with the pie for dessert. Everything was very tasty. :-)

I heard glowing accounts of Mary's cooking last night from Richard. French silk pie and brownies sound very good to someone who is working off weight, gram by gram, with a Wii Fit! Would Mary share the chicken recipe? Richard said it was very good.
I can't decide which I am more envious of - your beautiful garden or the pie. Probably the pie. French Silk is one of my favorites. Hope you guys had a happy 4th!
